I've had my own WordPress websites for 7 years + now, and I've tried a lot of different social sharing plugins, usually free ones, and also Elegant Themes' Monarch.
Social Warfare Pro has been by far the easiest to set up, looks lovely, and it works (well for me anyway - who can predict the crazy plugin conflicts that go on in WordPress).
I've created this quick behind the scenes video to show you what it does, and what it looks like when editing/inputting the info.
