100 Happy Customers
I know I’ve already helped hundreds of paying clients communicate with their online audience. And more than 700 business owners have joined my online school to access my free and premium resources. But I’ve been rubbish at asking for, and tracking, feedback.
I make good use of spontaneous feedback, screenshotting thank you emails and posts, sharing them on social media and adding them to my sales pages. But I have been making no effort to seek out feedback from my customers.
So I’ve set myself a challenge.
In Year 5 of Worditude Ltd (April 2019 - March 2020) I will fill this page with the faces and feedback from 100 happy customers.
It doesn’t matter if they’ve paid $1000s for a copywriting project, or $7 for my micro-copywriting course - I want to hear how working with me has changed their ability to communicate with their audience.
Over the next year (and a bit) I will help 100 business-builders write their online content with more clarity, confidence and joy.
